Les dispositions du titre V du livre II du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives aux juridictions des mineurs, sont applicables en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2025-1032 du 31 octobre 2025, à l'exception des articles R. 251-6 et R. 252-1.
