Les dispositions de la section 1 du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre II du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives au service juridictionnel du tribunal judiciaire, sont applicables en Polynésie française dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2019-912 du 30 août 2019, à l'exception des articles R. 212-8 et R. 212-9.
