Tout changement d'exploitant ne peut prendre effet qu'à la suite de la délivrance d'une autorisation individuelle au nouvel exploitant dans les conditions prévues aux articles R. 2352-111 à R. 2352-113.
Le nouvel exploitant joint à sa demande d'autorisation un document dans lequel l'ancien exploitant déclare cesser son exploitation.
