Le comité consultatif national de la fonction publique hospitalière comprend :
1° Le directeur général de l'offre de soins ou son représentant ;
2° Le directeur général de la cohésion sociale ou son représentant ;
3° Le directeur général du Centre national de gestion mentionné à l'article L. 453-1 ou son représentant ;
4° Quinze représentants du personnel.
