Article 17
Depositaries
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation and the Secretary General of the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development are hereby designated as depositaries. The depositaries shall fulfil their duties in accordance with Article 77 of the Vienna Convention on the Law of Treaties of 23 May 1969 and shall consult each other in the fulfilment of their duties.
