(4) L'échelon exceptionnel applicable à partir du 1er janvier 1982 (indice brut 701, indice net 508) ne pourra être accordé qu'après trois années au moins au dernier échelon de la grille indiciaire des capitaines. (5) Echelonnement indiciaire applicable à compter du 1er janvier 1981. L'échelon exceptionnel (indice brut 801, indice net 558) ne pourra être accordé qu'après trois années au moins au dernier échelon de la grille indiciaire des chefs de bataillon. (6) Echelonnement indiciaire applicable à compter du 1er janvier 1982. L'échelon exceptionnel (indice brut 901, indice net 605) ne pourra être accordé qu'après trois années au moins au dernier échelon de la grille indiciaire des lieutenants-colonels. (7) Echelonnement indiciaire applicable à compter du 1er janvier 1982. L'échelon exceptionnel ne pourra être accordé qu'après trois années au moins au dernier échelon de la grille indiciaire des colonels aux intéressés qui commandent un corps dont l'effectif est supérieur à 600 sapeurs-pompiers professionnels ou équivalents.
