En vigueur depuis le 18 févr. 2015 jusqu'au 1 janv. 2029
Les règles relatives à la compétence, l'organisation et au fonctionnement du tribunal correctionnel et du tribunal de police ainsi que celles relatives au ministère public près ces juridictions sont fixées par les dispositions du présent titre et par les dispositions de procédure pénale applicables en Polynésie française.
