En vigueur depuis le 1 déc. 2025
Les dispositions du titre V du livre II du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives aux juridictions des mineurs, sont applicables à Wallis-et-Futuna dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2025-1032 du 31 octobre 2025.
