En vigueur depuis le 30 nov. 2024
Les dispositions de la section 1 du chapitre II du titre Ier du livre II du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives au service juridictionnel du tribunal judiciaire, sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2019-912 du 30 août 2019, à l'exception des articles R. 212-8 et R. 212-9.
