Art. L231-4
En vigueur depuis le 1 juil. 2012
Le syndicat est compétent pour tout ce qui concerne :
1° L'application du régime forestier, y compris la perception des produits des ventes de bois ;
2° La conception, le financement et la réalisation des investissements forestiers.
Chaque conseil municipal peut demander au syndicat d'exercer tout ou partie des droits attachés à la propriété de la forêt communale.
