L'institut national de formation des personnels administratifs, techniques et scientifiques de la police nationale, créé par arrêté ministériel en date du 17 mars 2000, est chargé de la conception et de la réalisation des actions de formation initiale et continue à l'intention des personnels administratifs, techniques, scientifiques, de santé et psychologues de la police nationale ou en fonctions dans la police nationale.
