En vigueur depuis le 1 janv. 2020
Les dispositions du chapitre Ier du titre Ier du livre III du présent code (partie Réglementaire), relatives à la compétence de la cour d'appel, sont applicables en Nouvelle-Calédonie dans leur rédaction résultant du décret n° 2019-912 du 30 août 2019, à l'exception des articles D. 311-8 à D. 311-12-1.
