Art. R112-12
En vigueur depuis le 1 juil. 2021
Le ministre chargé de la construction et de l'habitation peut accorder des dérogations à l'article R. 162-3 pour la réalisation de bâtiments d'habitation collectifs nouveaux ayant un caractère expérimental rendant momentanément impossible l'application de ces dispositions.
