Art. L733-3
En vigueur depuis le 1 mai 2026
I. - Les dispositions du titre III du livre III sont applicables de plein droit à Saint-Martin.
II. - Pour l'application du I, à l'article L. 331-6, après les mots : « présent code », sont insérés les mots : « et dont le produit est affecté au budget de l'Etat ».
