Des aides financières sélectives sont attribuées aux auteurs ou aux entreprises de production afin de contribuer à l'écriture, au développement et au développement renforcé de projets de documentaires de création présentant un caractère innovant, notamment quant au format, à l'écriture et à la réalisation.
