En vigueur depuis le 1 mai 2021
La décision portant obligation de quitter le territoire français prévue à l'article L. 251-1 mentionne le pays, fixé en application de l'article L. 721-4, à destination duquel les étrangers dont la situation est régie par le présent livre sont renvoyés en cas d'exécution d'office.
