En cas de passation du marché de défense ou de sécurité selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres mentionnée à l'article L. 2124-2, cet appel d'offres est restreint. Seuls les candidats sélectionnés par l'acheteur sont ainsi autorisés à soumissionner.
