Pour son application à La Réunion, l'article L. 341-7 est ainsi rédigé :
" Art. L. 341-7. ― Préalablement à toute demande d'autorisation de lotissement dans un terrain boisé ne rentrant pas dans les exemptions prévues à l'article L. 342-1 applicable à La Réunion, l'intéressé est tenu d'obtenir une dérogation à l'interdiction générale de défrichement. "
