La rémunération de base annuelle susceptible d'être attribuée aux agents sur contrat hors catégorie est fixée dans chaque cas à l'un des échelons du barème ci-après : Echelon 1er : Rémunération annuelle : 65.000 Echelon 2 : Rémunération annuelle : 75.000 Echelon 3 : Rémunération annuelle : 90.000 Echelon 4 : Rémunération annuelle : 105.000 Echelon 5 : Rémunération annuelle : 120.000 Echelon 6 : Rémunération annuelle : 135.000 Echelon 7 : Rémunération annuelle : 150.000 Echelon 8 : Rémunération annuelle : 165.000 Echelon 9 : Rémunération annuelle : 180.000 Echelon 10 : Rémunération annuelle : 195.000 Echelon 11 : Rémunération annuelle : 210.000 Echelon 12 : Rémunération annuelle : 225.000 Echelon 13 : Rémunération annuelle : 240.000 Hors catégorie : 14e échelon.
