En vigueur depuis le 1 déc. 2024
Les sanctions disciplinaires applicables sont :
1° L'avertissement ;
2° Le blâme ;
3° L'interdiction d'exercer à titre temporaire pendant une durée maximale de dix ans ;
4° La destitution, qui emporte l'interdiction d'exercice à titre définitif.
