Pour son application à Mayotte, l'article L. 341-10 est complété d'un alinéa ainsi rédigé :
" La procédure d'exécution d'office prévue à l'alinéa ci-dessus est également applicable si, dix-huit mois après la mise en demeure, le tiers au moins de la superficie à reboiser n'est pas replanté. "
